Do credits expire?
There is no routine expiry and no automatic top-up. Your purchased balance stays with your business until you use it.
What if generation fails?
A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credits. An uncertain provider outcome is checked before any replacement is submitted. A completed take you want to change is a new paid generation.
Does this include running my advert?
These prices cover making the creative. The budget for reach and clicks on Facebook, Instagram or another platform is separate.
Can I use my own photos and brand?
Yes. Image and animated adverts use your uploaded photos, logos, colours and lettering. Presenter videos currently use fictional presenters and generated settings; exact product placement and logo overlays are future additions.
